It is a major street festival in Seoul contributed by the City of Seoul and Seoul Foundation for arts and culture. Including Korea, there are performing arts teams from all over the world come to do shows on the street at this festival. It is held nearby Seoul city hall station annually for 4~5 days featuring events including plays, music performances, and markets.
Until 2018, this festival was called, "Hi Seoul Festival".
